brake bleeder screws 900 1993

I have a 1993 940 turbo with anti lock brakes. The front calipers are girling. The rears ATE. Does anyone know the size (thread etc.) of the bleeder screws for these calipers. I want to have extras on hand incase they snap when I bleed the brakes.
