Source of Replacement Seat Cloth 700 1985

Does anyone know if there is a alternative source, other than dealers, for replacement seat cloth? I am looking for pre-sewn seat cloth. I have been able to get this for a BMW 3-series from European parts suppliers so I would assume there is a similar source for Volvos.
