Oil splotches on the air filter 200

Hey all...
I keep getting oil in the air filter for some reason. I have no idea why. I have changed the flame trap and it still happens. Usually i get a pool ( not a lot, but maybe a small puddle )in the bottom of the air filter box.
Anyone know what could be wrong?
I drive a B21A (carb)
