Is it hard to install Alpine's chm-s630 cd changer in glove box to the factory radio 900 1995

Can anyone offer any suggestions on installation of the cd changer which goes in the glove box. We have the changer and the VOL-ALP connector. I thought maybe the glove box removal might lead to the back of the factory alpine radio. Thanks for you time.
