Remove camshaft sprocket 700 1992

I'm in the process of replacing the 3 front engine seals. I have all the belts off. I can't figure out how to remove the camshaft or intermediate shaft sprockets/pulleys (what are they ?) Can anyone give me some advice?
Also, I called FCP Groton's and just told them I needed all the belts for a '92 745t. However the A/C belt I got from them is labelled as being 13 x 975. The one I took off is a Volvo part but labelled 12,5 x 970. I checked Groton's website and they do list the A/C belt as being 13 x 975 - should I just use it? Will I be able to tighten it enough? I know this might be obvious but, What are those numbers anyway?
