Tornado Air Intake Product 900 1992

Has anyone purchased this product for their Brick??
The concept is very straight forward ( Re: air turbine and water bottle demo )
but can you actually force more air into a system and benefit from one simple modification when the design premiss did not consider this modification??
Does a turbo unit operate in this manner and would it also benefit from this item?.

Sorry for trivial questions for those inclined, but you cannot learn if you do not understand and you cannot understand if you do not ask the questions.
