240 difficult to start when raining. 200 1986

My 86 240 wagon with 220,000 miles is occasionally impossible to start when it is damp out. I replaced the 25amp fuse and fuse holder for the fuel pump, as well as the fuel pump relay switch. Spark plug wires appear in good shape.
The car otherwise runs like a champ. Usually, when it will not start, I come back an hour later and it starts right up. This is making me nuts, please any advice would be appreciated.
