Hey all, im considering replacing my cam shaft, any recomendation's?

I have to get in there and most likeley do a valve job this weekend, got a wired chrip type sounds which makes itself known at 1300 rpm and with the engine hot or if you drive the car really hard it just doesnt want to move till it cools off alittle, need to get shims.
