Mag Wheels and Spacers ? 120-130

I came across a good deal on a set of polished mag wheels, 16" x 7", 5 x 4.5, the bolt pattern seems to fit but the front center hub and dust cap are alittle long for the opening in the middle. The back wheels look like they'll fit but it's the fronts that won't, has anyone had to add a spacer for they're mag wheels to fit? And if so did it effect the ride all or the steering?
