Bertone power seats (again) 700

The connector for the passenger side power seat in my 87 Bertone shows (with a test light) good current from the dash in the red and orannge lead in, weak current at the black-and-white wire and no current at the connector for the black wire....is this normal/correct or do I have a problem at this point? If anyone is interested in more detail you may read my post from Tuesday. I really need some input. Thanks
