Oil in throttle body 200 1990

I have a problem with my '90 240 with LH injection. Last few times I've cleaned the throttle body and flame trap apparatus there has been a-lot of sludgy oil in that large black bellows or tube thay is attached to the throttle body and the air mass meter.
Where is this oil coming from? How can I repair this? Thanx for the help.
