Radio/CD Player question for '89 760 Turbo 700

I have a 1989 790 Turbo with the 7145 model tuner and seperate tape player.

Does anyone know if Volvo created a seperate CD player that could be switched out with the tape player? Just curious to see if one exists that I could use or if I have to get a new radio with built in CD player installed instead.

If a seperate CD player does exist, any idea of how much it costs and who (other than Volvo) may have one.

Thanks for any information anyone can provide on this.
