spark plug color 200

I wen't on a 400 mile trip and when I got back I decided to check the plugs. the color was light gray on the electroids and black carbon on the ring at base of threds. I have a 85 B21ft 178K and the only problem I have is it idles rough with a miss. Now I have replaced plugs,wires,dist.cap,rotor,4 injecters and seals,oxygen sensor,temp.sensor,thermo time switch,engine harness,all vac. lines,air filter,fuel filter and pump,there are on vac. leaks anywhere.Can anyone tell by the plug color or does anyone have any idea what the problem may be?
