Radio cutting in and out intermittently, usually after a hard jolt from the pavement. Sometimes I hear a rumbling noise through the speakers afterwards, sometimes I hear the radio station very faintly. Then, it will comeback, perfectly crystal clear, sometimes without warning, sometimes after another jolt.

FYI, I installed a new universal power antenna from Crutchfield a week ago, but it has been working fine until this morning.

I'm wondering if it could be the black box on the antenna, the power leads to the antenna, or perhaps a loose circuit board, or a bad solder connnection in the radio unit itself. Maybe there is an amp to blame too?
