Floor panel rusting? Where? 200 1989

240 sedan 1989 150k miles Ottawa-Canada car.

Very nice condition for its age. It was garaged for a few years, though often driven in the winter. Most of the body is original paint and nice.
Some minor rust under the headlight trim. The underside looks nice.

Question: I hear about floor panel rusting, not sure WHERE exactly.
Where does this form?
I would like to pull the seats/carpet to check and maybe shoot rustcheck there...

Can anyone advise me where this forms and how to find it so I don't undo carpet and panelling for nothing.
