83 245 wiper 7 sec. pause gone,wipers do not return to park,is it the switch?or? 200 1983

my wipers no longer have the 7 second pause ,do not return to park ,in the pause mode they just keep going,but still have the regular other two speeds ...but the just stop on the window where ever i turn them off. help ,kris
