Bulb failure warning light always on 200 1982

Hello all,

Highly annoying but not really a big issue, the bulb failure warning light in my 82 242 GLT always on when I switch the car to the run position regardless if the lights are on or not. There are no burnt out bulbs anywhere. Unplugging the round relay (I think it's that one) disables most of the lighting on the car. Apart from scooping another relay the next time I am in a scrap yard, any other suggestions???
