Anybody autocross 240s before? 200

Hi,
I want to start autocrossing in scca events soon. I was wondering if anybody has tried this and how do the 240s do. I have a turbo wagon with intercooler that I might invest money to make it sporty, but is it a decent car to start with, and can I make it into a great autocrosser? Thanks :)
