MELTDOWN 200 1993

The main fuse block next to the battery on my '93 240 is started to melt. It's the main 60A circuit in particular. The pastic socket and fuse is melting, although the fuse is not blown. Yesterday the car lost all electrical power and then was ok.

This happened to last year as well. I put in a new fuse block, new fuses, and cleaned up the wiring. Now it is happening again. Any ideas as to why this could be reoccuring?

Thanks,
Ted
