Advice on Exhaust Manifold, Please. 700 1990

Hi,
My 1990 760 GLE (V6) has a bad exhaust manifold gasket. It's the one on the passenger side, where the A/C compressor, alternator and other things cramp the area. What is the best way to replace this gasket? Thank you all in advance.
