Where is the dome light delay timer? 700 1986

My domelight stays on all the time, unless I switch it off at the light fixture. I have checked all the door switches and found no problem. I think that only leaves the unit that keeps the dome light on for a little while after you close the door. I have no idea where this lives or what it looks like.

Can anyone enlighten me?
