I have 1980 240GL w/ a 4 cylinder It won't start. I thought it was an ignition problem (not getting fire in the hole) then i figured out the timing belt was not turning. The crank pully turns and it has stripped all the teeth off the timing belt. I can not the the cam to spin. Is this a major problem. I have a new belt to put on, but i can't find the marks on the crank and the pulley right above it. Does anyone know where i can get a good diagram of where the marks are, and should the cam spin?
Thanks
