Knocking 700

My car has been knocking ever since I got gas yesterday I fill it up too. Now the car is had to start and when it runs it shakes like crazy. When I drive as soon as I put my foot on nthe pedal the knocking begins and its all the way through. Only when I'm idling or decelarating is when the noise disappears. Please help me.
