I was checking out the source of a gasoline odor earlier today (1995 960 Wagon). There is a spray of fuel coming from a nickle size plug located at the front of a panel that runs from front to back...parallel to the top, drivers side of the block. The spray stops once the car warms up.No...I didn't stand there and watch it spray...I had looked under the hood yesterday(3 to 4 minutes after starting the car)after I had gotten a wiff of fuel in the cabin... and there was no spray.
Am I correct in assuming this is the front plug of the injector rail?
If so is it something I can replace without making the 11 o'clock news?
