I stopped at some friends last night for a short time, and when I returned to the car it wouldn't turn over to start. The lights were strong, but nothing happened when I would turn the key. I also tried moving the automatic from park to nuetral, think that the nuetral switch might be sticky, still nothing. I also checked the fuses, and everything was ok. I left my dachsund in the car, but can't find any sign of her chewing on, or bothering anything. Does anyone have any ideas about this? I've seen starters have a dead spot in the past, but there was nothing intermitant going on previously, or any decline in perfomance of any components in the starter, solenoid, component chain etc., system.
