Bricksters,
I'll have to ask again... because no one gave an answer to my question regarding the pinion nut torque specifications. Why does it have so much variation? If I replaced my pinion seal and torqued the nut to 148 ftlbs then everything should be okay? I did not mark the nut in relation to the flange because it seemed a little inexact. Instead, I choose to torque the nut to the lowest setting so that I could re-torque to a higher value if necessary. Any tought would really be appreciated. Thanks, Jon
