tranny vibration 700

hello all,
My question to all the gurus today is .............
during accelaretation my wagon seems to hesitate a little bit during shifting, and when it finally reaches the fourth gear at highway speed it vibrates in hesitation (i think it feels likeit wants to kick down but doesn't).
Any suggestion ,I have put in trans goop to try and make it shift smoother.
