Fuse Panel Door Label Missing--Care to Share? 200 1979

Hi all,

I recently aquired a 1979 245DL, my first Volvo. Unfortunately, the fuse panel door is missing the label which shows which fuses are for which circuits and what sort of fuse is needed. Does any one know where I could purchase such a label, or would anyone be kind enough to send me a picture or scan of their label--or even just a message with the information from the label? I would very much appreciate it.
