I want to heat my seats 200

My wagon just recently died...may she r.i.p...In the meantime..I noticed she had heaters attached under the leatherseats and they along with the wiring and switches, would be quite easy to install in my 240..my seats are cloth though..is this bad? Will this work? Any thoughts?
