A/C conversion 200

1989 240 DL. Getting hot in Texas!!! I'm going to convert the refrigerant from R-12 to R134A. All I'm planning to do is clean/clear/recover the R12 from the system, replace all o-rings, replace the receiver/drier. Anything else needed? I've read different people replacing almost everything but I don't think it necessary. Any input greatly appreciated.
