Volvo Brakes 200 1990

I am getting ready to replace the Brake Pads on my Volvo 245 Wagon. I am planning on replacing the front & rear pads as well as the Parking Brake Shoes. I am mostly concerned about the Parking Brake Shoes but would appreciate ANY and ALL suggestions/help concerning replacing ALL of these. Do I have any major concerns? What do I need to be careful about? What hardware do I need to replace? What do I need to check for? Please advise.
