Sorry, this isn't a Volvo question, but I feel that you're qualified mechanics that might be able to help me out. My dad has a mint(74k) '87 Audi 5000 quattro turbo that isn't running well. He isn't known for good decisions (his first sports car was a Renault Fuego), and feels the best fix for it is to donate it to charity. This is a car I've wanted since high school. The problem is that it runs fine when cold, but gradually loses power when warmed up and eventually quits. Any suggestions so I can persuade Dad to keep her?
