1984 245DL B23F A/C question....which valve is the high side and which is the low side 200 1984

I am trying to convert/recharge my A/C I need to know which valve is the low side and which is the high side when facing the front of the car.....
Also does anyone know how long it takes to suck a can of 134A into a dry system.
