240 Frustated 1990 Will crank but not start. Please help me. 200 1990

I am so frustated I do not even know where to start. My car has 185,000 miles at it is a 240 1990. The started by just hesitating to start and drive. The car at this point is not starting at all. It does not matter if it has the AMM on or off it will not start. The car a full gas. I have to put a fuel pump relay, spark plugs, fuel filter, fuse for the fuel pump, clean the computer etc. One mechanic told me that it needs new fuel injectors and a new computer. I do not know who to beliveve anymore. What could the problem be. I am running out of options. The last place I wanted to take to is the Volvo dealer.Can I do this myself. I need help.
