Black trim under windows/Black window frames- fading 200 1992

1992 240. Silver.
1) The black trim on the body (that runs the length of the windows) is cracking and peeling. Is there a recommended paint I can use to touch it up?

2) The black metal around the windows is turning white-ish. Can I paint it? If so, what paint?
