'93 245 A/C recharge 200

'93 245 A/C w/ R134A needs a recharge. My Haynes manual is not thorough. Can someone please post detailed steps to recharge, ie tools required, which fitting is the low pressure side, and how-to info. The local garage chareges $80 for a recharge.
