What other important part goes bad at age 13 for a 240 1990

I have been taking by allot of money this week what other important parts goes bad on a 240 with 185,000 miles from 1990. The AMM went bad on me and I took the car to the dealer to see what was the problem. It cost me $500.Any other parts to replace.
