Please help
I have a 1990 740 GLE with b234f engine W/O EGR. It is olmost a year that I am working on the problems conected to emition and fuel sistem. Olso I did a Valve job. Timing belts (balance shaft & Timing belt) are correctly installed, sensors are replaced, no fault codes,fuel injections are cleaned, fuel presure is 42 psi, fuel presure regulator is changed, ECU is changed, did all checkings what manual was telling,and seems all OK, but it still engine light is on and doesn't wonna pass the smog. smog test showed that CO and other things are 100% time is high and according to mechanic,it is running on rich. I thought it was lean. My gas millige is bad too now. Iam getting 200 miles per full tank.
can anybody tell me what else I have to do or what did i miss to check out.
