running rough at 2200 RPM 1800 1972

My 72 1800E has been running rough at 2200 RPM but not at any other RPM. This happens regardless of what gear I'm in or how fast I'm going. I'm worried because it's getting worse. I dont know if this is fuel, ignition, or mechanical. I cant find anything wrong anywhere. It feels like something between a balancing issue and a miss, but I cant tell which. Any ideas?
