both head light is not working dead not low or high beam HELP 200

1987 240 2 week ago low beam do not work only high beam..

today all dead no low no high.... I check the fues is look good..

it is fuse number 3.. could it be all the light burn out at the same time ??? what should I be checking for ???


please help can not drive in the dark....

please give detail so I can follow step... by step..
