Loose rear end 900

I have a '93 940 Base
When driving at highway speeds, if I make any somewhat sudden, but even slight steering adjustments, the rear end feels like it just swings around. I feel like I'm pulling a trailer with no load. It throws the car around pretty good. Any ideas why this is doing this?
My old 740 Turbo was nothing like this. Quick and tight response.
