taillights- I'm ready to ride a horse instead! 200

My taillights are killin me- If i put my flashers on- i get a nice bright signal on the left, and a quick flashing, hardly visible light on the other. And the brake lights aren't even getting power. I tried switching the bulbs- and i get the same thing. Is it the wiring? If it is, how hard is it to replace and where can i get a new harness? All help is appreciated.
