One dummy question about on-tank pump.... 200 1983

Hi,
I have a 240T 1983, runs fine, but I note when I press the electric window switch or press the hazzard button or turn the lights on (everything related to amp consumption , the noise of the on-tank pump change to low, Itīs a ground problem, current problem, or the on-tank pump are bad? Suggestions?
