How 2 Remove Fuel Injectors? 700 1989

I've read thru the FAQ and still don't understand.

I have disconnected the hoses and removed the clips. Not having done this before, I am reluctant to really give those injectors the wiggle they seem to need to come out.

Removing the rail: Do I try to get them all off at once? One at a time? Just by pulling?

Are they just 'snapped' in to the rail and manifolds? I'm not missing a step? They don't screw in there, right?

I realize this sounds silly, to a point, but I just rather not buy new ones because I goofed. Thanks!
