D/J Type Overdrive and Prop Shaft 120-130

I am told that my car (1969 123 GT) originally came with a D type overdrive. It currently has a J Type overdrive installed. I am getting a lot of noise from what appears to be the driveshaft.

The U-Joints appear to be OK, I have replaced the transmission mount, drivel center support bearing, and the rubber mounts for the bearing......but still have the noise.

Is the drive shaft any different on cars with the D type overdive any different on those originally fitted with the J type overdrive?
