urethane bushings...lube or not to lube? 444-544

Hello all,
I just got my new urethane bushing kit for the 65 544 and was wondering if the bushings should be lubed or not? The kit came with no instructions. The urethane bushings on the sway bars came with lube and suggested it to ensure long quiet operation.
Any suggestions?
