Thanks to everyone who responded to my earlier post about the "E 02" cd changer message. I checked everything out, including disconnecting, re-connecting and swapping CDs. After I plugged it back it, there was a lot of whirring and buzzing - now I've got "E 01", and the thing is hopelessly jammed, and the cartridge won't even eject.

My main concern is how to retrieve my stuck CDs, followed by how to fix the thing. Has anyone had to un-stick a stuck magazine before? Any other thoughts about how to repair this?
