errant power window switch 200

could someone point me towards a good step by step tutorial on cleaning the power window switches? my drivers side window now refuses to move half the time and i've diagnosed it to a bad connection in the switch, but i'm leery of going at it without some instructions - plastic breaks too easy. thanks for the help everyone.
