Front wheel hubs -- later type 700 1989

While replacing my brake rotors I noticed how these 1988+ "angular contact ball bearings" are a bit stiff to turn by hand. I was hoping to "repack" them, until Haynes told me:

1. The big nut can't be reused and
2. if they have any noise or roughness, you must replace the entire hub

I'll be calling the dealer about new wheel nuts, but does anyone sell the hubs, or the nuts?

Mine don't have any noise of roughness (what noise I did hear was brake rotor shavings clicking between the hub "teeth" and the ABS sensor).

Can I remove these bearings, repack them and apply new nuts?
