Need some advise on restoring... 200

...the grey plastic panel on the exterior bottom of the doors. They are sorta glued on and they were peeling off, but I found a glue made by 3M specifically for molding, which fixed that problem. They seem to be 'patchy' in appearance and I was wondering what I could use to restore its look. I am sure there are quite a few products out there, but which one works the best?
